Quality Assurance
In KRISH , we strongly believe in producing quality service to our customers. ‘Doing it right the first time’ and ‘Safety First’ are our policies for quality and safety respectively . We have a dedicated team of quality checkers and supervisors to ensure that the work is being carried out in accordance to our customer’s requirements. We have full time safety personnel assigned to individual project to enforce the safety compliance at the work site.
Upon the award of a project, the assigned Project Manager then draw up a schedule and plan to monitor and ensure the project is successfully executed. The QA Manager and QC Supervisor will review the welders’ proficiency on a bi-annual basis. If necessary for upgrading or proficiency renewal, the welders shall undergo testing in accordance with AWS/ASME/BSI or equivalent standards.
Work completion reports, containing the work details, will be issued to the client upon the completion of the job. Once certified by the client that the work completion reports are correct, they are filed as quality records.
Qualified Pipe Fitters
A number of vastly experienced pipe fitters, in tobacco manufacturing plant, power generating plant, oil refinery & gas plant and other industrial plants qualified to fabricate and install piping to suit application and requirements of all plant quality standard and code.
Qualified Mechanical Fitters and Riggers
To handle, erect and install generators, turbines, condensers, air & gas compressors, pumps, boiler modules & casings and other heavy equipment by a number of experience mechanical fitters and riggers with proven track records.
Qualified Welders
We have a number of qualified high pressure welders, who are capable of performing all type of materials namely carbon, alloy and stainless steel. Most of our welders have been used in many major projects to qualified for their Welding Procedure Specification in the Procedure Qualification Re.
